Vanxim Island – Ozonegroup Initiatives

The intent of Ozonegroup is to Preserve & help Renovate the Existing Settlement as a Heritage Village, so that it retains its Goan integrity. With this objective in mind, Ozonegroup's premises in Vanxim were renovated to their original form. Over the past years Ozonegroup has carried out various community initiatives.

• • Ozone Leisure and Resorts Private Limited won the ‘Corporate Excellence Award in CSR’ by Business Goa for the year 2016.
• • In August 2011, Ozonegroup facilitated Training programs for the islanders conducted by Agnel Institute in association with
     United Nations Development Program. The Vocational Training Centre has been running since, seeing participation from
     Vanximkars and residents of the surrounding islands.
• • Since November 2011 Ozonegroup has been facilitating access to essential produce like Fish and Pao for Vanximkars.
• • From January 2010 to May 2010, Ozonegroup sponsored a Doctor to operate a Health Clinic out of its premises at Vanxim.
